Shaming/ reporting bad business

Hi,

Where, except for HelloPeter, can I report a bad business. We bought new spare parts from a company who then sent us used parts and we've been struggling for four months to get the query resolved. Even the director could not assist, keeps playing games.

Go to any LFP company. Print a 12Mtr x 3Mtr banner. Hang it on a bridge close to the offending company (or outside if you really brave). Profit.

I once reported SaskoSam on Twitter as I bought bread that started to rot way before it's stated expiry date, and they responded. They called me and wanted to give me a voucher, but I declined because I just wanted an apology.

@sly21C I'm afraid the company that we are dealing with isn't a big shot like Sasko. The director of the company ignores my email correspondence and phone calls. I then got my boss to phone him yesterday and same thing happened, then his call got ping-ponged from one PA to the other. Apparently every time we phone the dude "has just walked into a meeting until 5 o'clock"... as if we believe that sh*te story... But this all sure says a lot about the dude. Can't even man-up and face a customer whom he tried to defraud, oh no, he dodges our calls like a little scared teenager. I've reported them on HelloPeter, Facebook and MyBB, busy with lodging a complaint at the consumer ombud, for what that's worth, and went to the police on Monday afternoon to open a case of fraud.

I am happy to report that the company has reconsidered and sent the client the goods and he has received it in good order.
