Shaped and P2P?

Does shaped mean no p2p (torrents, emule, limewire etc) or limited p2p?

Shaped and unshaped = p2p, it doesn't matter, a shaped line is only when certain protocols and ports are prioritised and other's not, for instance http takes priority over torrents, etc.

Unshaped means no ports or protocols are prioritised, which means faster p2p
