Share B683 over switch

Hey guys I need some help. I have a B683 and my whole network is connected through it but I now need the extra bandwidth of a gig switch so the plan is to connect everything to the switch and the share the B683 through it.
Is it really as simple as connecting the B683 to the switch and everything over the network will have access to it? Or do I have to change any setting on the router for that to work?

Correct.

It will still allocate IP's to all the connected devices and supply it with internet.
