Please share some good pojtie recipes that I could make... Beef, chicken, veg etc...

Pulled pork shoulder sliders

fry off onions then add garlic paste and brown pork shoulder chunks 2kgs (I spice with brown sugar and Louisiana Cajun)

add one beer and 2 cups stock (veggie has better flavour for me)

After about 4-5 hours when meat starts to pull apart use forks and pull meat in the potjie it’ll soak up the liquid.

add to a bun, sit a generous helping of coleslaw on top and drizzle either honey mustard or ranch (I prefer ranch) and enjoy!!
