fry off onions then add garlic paste and brown pork shoulder chunks 2kgs (I spice with brown sugar and Louisiana Cajun)
add one beer and 2 cups stock (veggie has better flavour for me)

After about 4-5 hours when meat starts to pull apart use forks and pull meat in the potjie it’ll soak up the liquid.
add to a bun, sit a generous helping of coleslaw on top and drizzle either honey mustard or ranch (I prefer ranch) and enjoy!!
