You can only link 2 modems onto one account. We used to be able to link any number on, WBS has now limited it.

This change was made towards the end of last year.

so i can have two modems per account , but can i log into the internet with both at the same time ?

looks like the helpdesk is telling me only one concurrent connection per username; so i cant log in on the laptop while on the go at the same time the wife logs in from home.

you can log into the system concurrently, your wife can be logged in at home, and you at work on the same account.
