I got through to Shauns cell via the orcs at the helpdesk.
I had 100% signal of Sanlam centre with download speeds running at 2KBs. He listened to me ranting (must say I had to blow of steam after the last two weeks of low/no speed!)
He had noone avaialble to attend to my problem and came out to my premises in person.
He definately knows what he is doing - he tested my signal with his notebook and in my office where my device is he came up with what he called a costing on 102? He got up onto my roof where he announced that with an antennae he could get a costing of 67. He mounted an antennae in no time and tested my speed and wow i got 94KBs
I got back to the office this aftternoon and the speed is still stable.
I am not a technical person, but Shaun explain in english how the quality of signal affect speed of IBurst
