Shipping to South Africa question

Hi folks, I have something that needs to be sent to me from overseas, but due to the mess that is lockdown now I am not sure how to go about getting it from there to here,or even if its possible at all. Have any of you gotten something across the atlantic recently or know how i can go about organising it?
