Checkers Sixty60 on massive winning streak

Checkers Sixty60 has recorded 63.1% sales growth during the first half of Shoprite’s 2023/24 financial year, the company announced on Tuesday.

Shoprite’s online shopping platform and same-day delivery service helped lead the charge in a half-year that saw the company’s sales grow about R121 billion — a 13.9% year-on-year increase.

Until one of their hooligans kills someone when he drives over the pavement to avoid the traffic light.

Never really had a issue major issue with them, never had an item missing and once got the wrong item.
I did however have a few times where the BB date for the food items I bought was on the same day it got delivered -_-

Honestly its worth the R30 so I dont have to drive to checkers, stress to find parking, and have to deal with their overworked and tired staff ...

That is a sacrifice I am willing to make.
Yeah - I would prefer not being forced off the pavement by someone riding a scooter with criminal intent just so someone else can get his milk and eggs quicker.

The biggest biker gang in South Africa.

Don't get me wrong, though, it's a great service, they definitely caught Pick n Pay with their pants down, seeing as ASAP only caught up a few months ago in terms of app quality.

Got to go, my Sixty60 delivery is here :D

“When you walk into a Shoprite or Checkers supermarket and see a full range of products stocked, displayed,
priced and with promotions clearly marked, that is what the ERP system does for us,” Shoprite told MyBroadband.

That would be nice.

I think the people living in my street accounted for a few % of this.
At least 3 deliveries ever night just between houses #1 and #14.
