No idea. Impossible to tell. Only she knows the truth. That's the problem with all these stories. We don't have all the facts, so anything anyone says is just opinion. For sure, there are people out there playing the race card, but at the same time, racism does exist.
Many employers won't hesitate to dismiss employees falsely accusing others of racism. It's a serious accusation that has potential to damage employer reputation.My opinion with these stories are that they are bullschit until proven otherwise, I've been on the receiving end of accusations like that many many times, it's just a very easy card to play if there's nothing else left.
