Shortest Route to an operator on 808?

Can someone tell me the shortest route to a real person when dialling 808?

I realise the never-ending response menu is MTN's way of telling you to piss off because they really don't give a 5h!t about your problem, but I actually did just get through to a real person after about five minutes of pressing so I realise it is actually possible, only thing is, I forgot the two dozen numbers I had to press to actually get there.

when i dial the call centre i normally just wait and dont press any options, at the end the ivr says "or please continue to hold for an operator"

You are forced to confirm your cell number for the rest of the IVR menu, you can press "0" on the second IVR menu to get to an operator.

Since I need to confirm my cellnumber when I call 808, and get a chance to change it if phoning from another phone, why does the operators ask me for my number every single time? Is this number passed through to them, or just used for the second IVR menu (which I find to be unusable for my queries, 99% of the time).

The ivr auto recognition doesnt always kick in with every client unfortunately, but it does most of the time.

I was wondering the same thing. It gets real annoying after the 7th 808 call. They should also consider changing their music on hold.
