If that's what it takes, yes.
People have pretty much abandoned (or forgotten) the science they learned in school.
Now they're following old wives tales and fishy stories.
It's sad to see adults and grown up people giving into fairy tales and total nonsense.
So basically it's only bad if people you disagree with does it...

Firstly, unless our president backtracks on what he said, which was that nobody would be forced to take it, I don't see why there should be any prejudice here. If those who feel the need to have it, have it (and supposedly it works), then those who don't should have no affect on those who are 'protected' from corona.

No, but we really do not a lot more science education. Too much stupid anti-vax nonsense floating around.
Employers need to educate their staff on the benefits of getting vaxxed.
They can educate all they like and people would still not get vaccinated.
Because everything people post on social media or you can find on Google is true.

You see... this is why we need science education...

I see you have no retort and now resorting to moving the goal post
Nothing was moved, it's the same kind of logic.

EDIT: both applications of the logic are also the same, both are "if you are a good example of the herd then you have nothing to worry about, if you stand out we would rather not have you in the herd anyway"

As a company owner i'm not going to fire anyone for it. Its the staff's choice an so far thankfully 99% of the staff want to get vaccinated ASAP. The 1% who believe in quackery and other nonsense will just have to wing it, because one thing i'm not going to accept is "I can't go to clients to do work or the office when required because i am not vaccinatng because I believe in the tooth fairy".

Even the side-effects, there's people saying they might get a rash and don't want the vaccine. You know what else gives you a rash? The varnish in the wood of the coffin.

Fairy tales and total nonsense like 14 days to flatten the curve.

That's the guy who believes that Wandavision & The Falcon & the Winter Soldier have elements of SJW and are just not watchable...but that if you do, you're brainwashed (even if you actively choose not to focus on anything BUT the show itself...in which case you're brainwashed slower).

Pfft...everything's a conspiracy. Ignore.

You are basically saying re-education camps are a good thing if they are run by people you agree with.... because that as well as quarintine camps (likely the same camps in practice) is where this will end.
No, that's not what I am saying at all. Who's moving the goal posts now?

Nothing was moved.... I followed the logic to it's ultimate end. There is no other place it can go and nothing to stop it before it gets there.

It did flatten the curve... but it was too soon. The virus hadn't peaked yet. Would have been better to have the 14 days lockdown at the beginning of the actual peak...

Just because you can't see something obvious does not mean it does not exist..... it only means you are blind to it.

Rubbish, the only thing you are following is fascist logic. It doesn't have to go to re-education camps and Nazi style nonsense. What the hell is going on in your head?

That is not proof of lockdowns or vaccines being effective.... it's evidence of symptoms being seasonal.... as was predicted at the very start.

You are essentially promoting rain dance logic.

I said other, my issue is more you putting other colleagues at risk instead.
So if you don't want the vaccine, you'll have to permanently wear a mask.

The entire vaccine was too quick bit, that keeps getting mentioned and yet none of them actually know the process of how a vaccine is made, that most things are usually held up in bureaucracy and not testing, if you can streamline the process, including that you already had other SARS virus variants that have vaccines, then you can make a vaccine in the year it took.

1, 3, 4, 5th red lines are lockdowns, first yellow afterall besides yellow "FF2p Masken" are "opening"/relaxation, FFP2 is the "better" mask that I am still skeptical about and find was a dumb idea.
Lockdowns do help as people come into contact with fewer people, the issue is more that in South Africa they added other stupid rules like alcohol/cigarette bans, and that lockdowns were not enforced.

Remember going to Kruger in November last year, going through towns where mass queues of people at places with maybe one mask on a chin for every twentieth person, not one mask correct.

We are under the control of a socialist government..... expecting them to not act like socialists especially if they have been doing so since the start of the "pandemic" is delusional.

They are not reacting like morons.... they are actively acting like socialists finishing a National Democratic Revolution.
