Should I stay off work and go to doc?

Started with 2 very sore points at the back of my skull, then swollen lymph nodes behind ear and neck. then sore lower back and very sensitive skin and a fever.

This morning fever seems to have broken but head is aching and I am generally sore.

Stay off work, or just go to doc after work?

Update,

Been home for 3 days, doctor diagnosed me with pharengitis due to a red throat, ignoring all the other symptoms I gave.
I have been given antibiotics and my throat has recovered,

I still however have extremely sensitive skin around my chest, back and ribs. (Sore to the touch), headaches and pain in my spine.

I hurt my back a while ago weight lifting so im battling to distinguish it from other body aches.

Seems like I will need to head back to doctor.

If anything, maybe the OP should go see another doctor, and then insist on getting tested for various things, even cancer markers in his blood.

FFUUU... I hate doctors,

Went to a new doctor - looked at me for 5 seconds and said "flu",
I was unaware flu was visible to the naked eye seeing as he did zero checks besides blood pressure.

Meh oh well if I die remember me fondly
