MNP hasn't been fully implemented in South Africa if people can't freely change between SP's on the largest network in the country. According to Paris's statement, if MNP didn't "go live" on 10 November he'd resign. Seeing as the majority of the country's cellular subscribers cannot freely exercise their rights under MNP to choose their service provider as of today, the 11th of November, shouldn't Paris be packing up his things?
I'm sure he'll be more comfortable sleeping at home anyway.
