Do you think the British and Irish Lions tour of South Africa, scheduled for July/August this year, should go ahead as scheduled? Should it be postponed or should it be scrapped and/or played elsewhere?

I'd think you'd have to postpone it if you need to sell 200 000 plus tickets to make it profitable.

The latest gazetted regs say that No international sports events involving countries with a high COVID-19 infection risk are allowed which would preclude the tour from happening under level 1 according to the [outdated] list of high risk countries on the DHA website.

Have it hear behind closed doors. It's an important tour. Drop the price of merchandise and try make as much up that way as possible.
Alternatively, have stadiums at 25%.
OR...have it in the UK in a bio-bubble.

Should be updated to say that if all players, their staff and the spectators have been vaccinated then no problem.

Hmm, interesting one.
Ideally I might say postponed but I don't know how realistic that is. I mean they moved the Olympics, Euros, so anything is possible I guess. Let's go with postponed by a year and hopefully have it with full crowds. A big part of the allure of a Lions tour is socializing with the visiting fans so I'd hope to be able to keep that.

Of course it should go ahead but I am biased as I have a ticket.

The English look tired the Irish aren't too much to write home about, Although Warren Gatland will pack them with Welsh players.

Overseas Boks are still getting good game time, but lacking as a unit yes.

Tickets are too expensive, so stadiums will be empty anyways.

Unless the players wear masks and social distance whilst playing, I say rugby as a whole needs to be abolished in favour for the New Normal and Great Reset.

We cannot allow out sports heroes to flout regulations, spreading the deadly virus amongst themselves whilst showing the children their exposed mouths and noses, when this virus kills our elderly and weak.

International sports should be retired

We should be throwing investment into STEM competitions.

You know. Actual achievements that underpin progress.
