Considering many people associate HDR with that over-saturated SinCity [crap] look it might not be that obvious I suppose.

I would be one of those people. Not that I don't know what it can be, I just don't ever see it labelled as such.

I use HRD for this quite a bit and it looks pretty good.

BTW its the only time I use a tripod these days to hold a camera.
