Signal down to 1 bar...problematic

After yesterdays network issues, I finally can connect today, but I only get 1 bar signal now, instead of the consistant 2 bar. I now get frequent disconnects and occasionaly get 0 bar signal.
Towers I access are either canal walk or old mutual (Cape Town)
Anyone also get low signals?
