Signal keeps dropping and then coming back on the Samsung S4

What's up guys...

So I've encountered this really weird issue that I cannot seem to work out..

Lately (ever since I came back to Cape Town) my signal on my S4 keeps dropping, although once I unlock my phone again it regains signal. When I was in Joburg I never had this problem.. And it also seems to occur less when I turn my wifi off...

Any suggestions?
Is it the phone?
Or the signal in Cape Town?
