Silent 120mm fan case fan with temperature sensor?

Does anybody know where I could get an ultra silent 120mm case fan, with onboard temperature sensor which auto adjusts the fan speed accordingly?

The fan itself wont have a sensor, but you could get a fan controller dock which you adjust accordingly.

Actually,there are fans with built-in sensors,locally I think only the Antec Smartcools are available

I have two of the Spectre Pro fans running at full speed and they are barely noticeable and move quite a bit of air, planning on getting 3 more Spectre Pro LED fans once my supplier gets them into stock again.
