I need a simple Windows freeware program to edit an mp3. All I want to do really is cut out parts. Suggestions?

Do you want to do it for only one song or do you want to do a lot of songs that might take time? If its just one or two songs, then download a trial and use it. That is the best option I can think of... Have a look at Sony Acid Pro if you want to go the trial version route, otherwise I can't really help.
