HI Guys

What cream do you use if you have skin problems because of lupus ?

I wonder if we have Fluocinonide cream 0.05% as mentioned in the paper in South Africa?

Also keen to find out what are the popular supplements that are taken

With Dr. House as your avatar I very much assumed Lupus as a medical illness…

Anyway, Lupus is a lazy medical diagnosis. No obvious reason for immune activity so they just blame the immune system itself and call it “autoimmunity” as if it got possessed with a mind of its own.

I suggest a process of elimination to find the true cause, like a whole 30 diet. Healthy eating sucks but so does being sick.

I can't help with creams or supplements but are you aware of the Autoimmune Protocol which is a strict version of the Paleo diet that may help manage autoimmune diseases like Lupus? If not, it might be something worth discussing with a doctor.

I chose House this year due to the confusion, it used to be a werewolf, but yes Lupus is the lazy go to for diagnosis.
