Slow ADSL at end of October

Int is slow, extremely slow on IS and SAIX, it's been like this since yesterday for me, I can't speak of prior, as I wasn't online Friday and Saturday Just wait......

i use aim everyday for transfers and im used to gettin like 40kb/s and at the mo im getting like 12...

and uploads like 4kb/s i feel like im back on dialup again.
this is shocking

Adsl problems

Hey, I know there have been problems and all lately with ADSL, but Ive been having real slow browsing and all 75% of the time or more, for the last 2-3months or so, and I dont really know what the problem is. Ive got 512kb ADSL, and my ISP is mweb, if that means anything. Loading this page to post a thread took like 10min on its own, no joking, so worse than dialup in most cases. Not over my cap, so wouldnt be a reason. Plz could someone give any possibilities, thanks.
