I'll get straight to the point.

Running Vumatel 200/200 fiber with Afrihost as my ISP.

Local Speed Tests 196/141 (Randburg)

International Speed Tests 60/16 (Washington DC)

International Speed Tests 121/22 (London)

Local is okish (who cares about local anyway) but is up with the international speeds.

Any one having these issues? Surely if we pay for 200/200 fiber it has to be close to that speed on both local and international?

You need to do some readup on TCP window scaling, lots of posts around it :)
