Hey, I'm on 4mbps, 3GB cap... My international is KILLING me... I'm in the Bellville/Durbanville/Cape Town region... Anyone else having slow international? Or am I just having one of those days?

Internet Solutions here very on off for me in CT, confirmed. Bad weather ATM.

Yeah, it's decided to speed up for me again as well... It annoys me... -.-"

It's ruining my Garfield reading :D

Edit: By the way - love the rain :D

Hmm... Think we could call it a conspiracy? Ahh well, at least I know I'm not alone :p Thanks guys ^.^

Urgh... I take back what I said - I'm slow again... This is driving me nuts - I can't even use Skype - it's constant static.

Yeah, it is not at all great for me either, am just on the other side of the hill from you Durbanville guys

tilskim is the most useless piece of schmidt I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.

My "up to" 4Mb line is constantly running at "up to" 4Kb for the last month - with occasional 2Mb spikes - for a couple of minutes at a time.

Calling the dreaded "helpline" results in them sending yet another "technician" to test my line - even after I tell them time and again it is not my line - I get consistantly good pings of sub-15ms to saix. It's the browsing that's the problem.

I think it's a major DNS cock-up. I don't think they have one single person on their staff who understands DNS.

I agree with you TheREV... My torrents haven't gone past 4KB/s either... It's ridiculous... Normally I download at over 100KB/s at least... But it's only been since today... so far... I'm hoping it clears up by morning.

Int traffic semi-stable here in PTA
sometimes it goes, sometimes it crawls...

Durban SAIX
It goes fine then dead ... even on some south african sites. Maybe they're hosted internationally?

oh ya. Using WA unshaped. Who's at fault, telkom, SAIX, the isp?
