As mentioned I was not asked for comment. The first I heard about this client’s issue was when I read the article and that’s why I responded now. I have asked who MyBB asked for comment so we can make sure that we get it right and reply next time. I won’t bore you with all the reasons we don’t offer EFT payments at the moment (it’s a long list and most - if not all the problems - are ours not anybody else’s)
However, having said this I will look into offering this as I know there are clients who would like to pay in this way and we need to give our clients what they want!
