My internet started becoming extremely laggy about 4 weeks ago. It used to only happen during prime time, but it has steadily gotten worse and is now constantly terrible.
I have spoken to both MWEB (my ISP) and Telkom about it, neither of which helped.
Apparently it is a congested exchange, but I have no idea how to make sure of this.
I am currently on the MWEB uncapped 2mbps account.
Some stats:
ANY help in getting this fixed would be GREATLY appreciated, as no one at Telkom or MWEB has been successful in fixing it.
