slow ping response

I noticed some sluggishness and packet loss, decided to run a few traceroutes and see where things fall apart. Observe hop 5. The repsonse time increases significantly, and that's where the packet loss start. Does anyone know where (geographically) this router is?

looks like the sat 3 landing station, but those ping times are pretty good to google. i get about 400ms to google.
