I'm using the WRT54G3G

DataCard is the NZ, Nozomi drivers

Not sure the firmware of the card. ( how do I find this out under Linux ?)

I'm using openwrt with Nozomi drivers on the router, not the Linksys firmware

Do you have a Windows laptop to test with?

I'd suggest you go through a process of elimination to find the bottleneck.

Best to start with a known and supported setup and work from there.

The LED's on the Option Card, is the left, blue LED flashing.

The LED's on the router are irrelevant, as the openwrt source code still need to be updated to switch the LED, on.

You should get both LED's flashing twice blue, indicating 3G or both LED's triple flashing blue for HSDPA.
