Slow speeds/high pings from 7:30/8pm until about 10 Mweb

Is anyone else around the Durban/South Coast area having slow speeds and higher pings in the evenings?

I'm having the same issue from 8pm till 10pm, downloads will run at a few kb/s during that time.

Also noticed the same, think all the streaming going on these days is pushing the network all over to it's limits.

Also, he's just using the product he paid for how he likes, Mweb is just trying to maximize profits.

I'm also really getting really tired of what I perceive to be peak streaming time on Mweb. Mweb, either start shaping them or buy more bandwidth or loose customers.

Same problem with MWEB on telkom 10mb ADSL.

If you are having the same issue across multiple ISP accounts then it is more than likely exchange congestion.

Speedtest from EL to CT gives 8.8Mbps. Everything working great on MWEB. My problem was Telkom line all along
