I Have moved from Durbanville area to Cape Town Central (Devil's peak estate) and all I seem to get is EDGE, and **** EDGE at that on the 8ta service.
I also have a CellC account that is a little bit better but still nothing in comparison to how my connections were in Durbanville.
I have already asked customer service to help me, through the chat with a consultant thing on the web site, but all they had to say was that I should just cancel the account... Fine salesman there.
Went to the Telkom mobile store in Canal walk and the consultant there said he cant send out a tech or anything because I have had the account for more than 6 months (how do you people keep your clients O_O)
so I need some solutions here... I would like to still use my 8ta connection as I am paying for it and to cancel it is INSANE.
The website says there IS connectivity here, but my experience says otherwise.
