Slow Wlan on N95

Has anyone connected an N95 to a wireless LAN network before?

I'm using 128bit WEP protection and I'm using European region domain (I've got a Billion 7300M)

I don't have a wireless card for the PC yet, so I can't diagnose if it's the pc or phone

hey hey, i am busy replying from my newly updated n95. Now that i am living in the uk i been using my wireless lan on my phone all the time now that i finally have proper broadband! I got to say i am really impressed!

I use my wlan but my phone security setings for the wlan is on wpa/wpa2

I just switched the router to WPA-PSK today and it connects fine using a laptop, however the N95 loads the page and the second request (clicking a link) times out, then I have to connect again.

I'm sure it's not the router.

It works! Yay!

Go to Tools>Settings>Wireless Lan Settings>Advanced (if it says are you sure, say yes) At the bottom turn off Power Saving!

Voila!

You can also save alot of battery power by changing the TX Power Level to 10mW or 4mW. It will probably have an effect on the distance between ur phone and the router (shorter with less power) I THINK.. but I keep mine on 10 just to be safe.
