Both MTN and Smartcall told me at first tough, MTN hid behind different legalities and to hell with their customer.
Smartcall insisted I used Mobthumbs but could not tell me when or how I joined.
So Google them and say its a huge con or else hundreds are telling dishonest stories.
So I made huge stickers asking MTN and Smartcall for the money they stole back, put them on rear window of our cars and put them on a few kayaks, took a photo and sent it to them .
Within minutes they reacted and it was a huge misunderstanding, within 36 hours I got a refund for last month. Same refund it was impossible to just give the day before.
MTN denies making money from this, so what they say ids they do paper work and deduct money from customers and give it to Smartcall at no cost what so ever?
Asked MTN for a breakdown for all the deductions over two years, still waiting for a response.
But the question is how can the big cell companies take part in such crime, and how can this be allowed what equates to legal theft?
