SMS Delivery reports with dashboard 7

On version 6 i used to get SMS delivery reports on version 7 the option is greyed out Is it not available or am I doing somthing wrong ?

There were some bugs in versions of V7, including the usage meter being inaccurate. We decided to ship with these 'features' (M$ speak for bugs) to allow the Novatel HSDPA cards to go out.

Which version of V7 do you have and which menu option is greyed out?

Under Tools->SMS Settings, I have a 'Request Status' option that can be selected. This is on 7.00.0015.

Yes sod's law mine's the 0015 version I tried putting the sim in my cell phone and requesting reports there but that that didn't seem to work either
