sms via gprs

I've got a really old phone, Nokia 5100, I'm saving up for a smartphone.

Until then, do you guys know of a cool sms via gprs application? I've tried two, can't remember their names, but I found it on getjava.

I'm looking for one that sends the sms directly to the recipient, rather than into an application inbox.

Its a lot cheaper too, especially for intl sms's.

What network you on? Just sent myself a test sms from there to my Vodacom phone and it came through instantly. Is there not an option to resend? Otherwise email them, I have before and they replied pretty quickly.

I may be shooting hoops, but I tried mobisms for a short while, actually I only used the free smses they gave.

Problem I have:

I need an app which is totally free on sms's
I need something smaller than 70kb because I don't have a cable for my phone
I need something which could get my contacts from my address book on my phone, so that I don't have to add numbers manually etc.
Something which sends the sms directly to the recipient, like mobisms does

Maybe it's out there, maybe it isn't

I'm always broke, so help me out
