I don't believe the official system requirements have been released yet, but i found the following:

Tom Clancy’s H.A.W.X.
Publisher: Ubisoft
Developer: Ubisoft Romania

Minimum System Requirements (NOT Confirmed, found on Gamestop.com)
OS: Windows XP/Vista
Processor: Pentium 4 @ 2 GHz/AMD Athlon 2800+
Memory:1 GB on Windows XP/ 2 GB on Windows Vista
Hard Drive: 7 GB Free
Video Memory: 128 MB - Shader Model 2.0
Sound Card: DirectX Compatible
DirectX: 9.0c
Keyboard & Mouse
DVD Rom Drive

I think the GPU will struggle :( . What res you hoping to play on?

It is a very good looking game, with a lot going on and its fast pace means it requires a decent frame rate

Yeah then like I said time to upgrade the card and I just won it :eek:

Knew it wouldn't hold up with the latest games, but then never considered I'd move up so quickly :D

So allow me to derail yet again.
What card is going to let me play this game at awe inspiring level?
(without breaking the bank)

Hmmmm, assuming the game isn't something out of a futuristic sci-fi movie I would say a good card for a good price would be something along the lines of a 9800gtx+, but i wouldn't exactly say it is going to be an awe inspiring experience. For something i would define as awe inspiring you would need one of nvidia's GTX200 series cards or ATI's 4800 range.

I would probably wait for the OFFICIAL system requirements before bying a new GPU, especially if it is going to be a purchase specifically for this game.
