Snowden leaks put US soldiers at risk: Pentagon

This is the same crap they spouted after the diplomatic cables leak.

From which there is still been no evidence that it did (barring one or two clearly desperate thumbsucked examples).

Of course they have to say that. Even it if doesn't, what else would they say? Thank you for forcing more transparency into the broken Obama administration? Ha! We have a better chance of JZ stepping down and admitting he is corrupt.

Putting "American soldier's lives at risk" is the argument trotted out whenever the crimes of the US government are exposed. That's because it doesn't require logic or reason, only an emotional response. It's not unlike "Think of the children."

The leaks by former government contractor Eddward Snowden have put at risk the lives of US soldiers... classified report from the Pentagon released to members of Congress
It's a "classified report" why is it in the media then?
Is this the same leaks that put Angela Merkel at risk by revealing the NSA was illegally tapping her phone and spying on her?

If the US weren't doing anything questionable, Snowden wouldn't have leaked anything.

Oh pish posh.

Everything that has come to light has only had an impact on the credibility of the US government and outlining their illegal activity over there own people and the rest of the world.

Goebells would be turning in his grave at this weak attempt at propoganda.

Yeah as system32 said. If the report is "classified", why is it in the news?

Kinda like the pot calling the kettle black :D

Agreed.

Pop quiz:
What is the the most effective way of putting the lives of American soldiers at risk:
a) Leak information
b) Send them to Afghanistan, Iraq or wherever the next war is planned?

I still dont understand why people are all surprised the USA was spying. I mean, do none of you watch movies? Since forever have you not seen someone in a movie go, "is this a secure line?".

Now all of a sudden people are surprised? I dont understand people. Do they have goldfish memories?

I'm not following, pardon.

Here you go...Commencing spoonfeeding session...

Outrage, you say?

Click on the "He is a criminal" link below...

...then read the second last link, in the post just after the one linked to. Yes, the second last link in post #482, that mentions "...outrage".

Further reading, for when not so "outraged". http://mybroadband.co.za/vb/showthr...ce-Scandal?p=10678001&viewfull=1#post10678001

I was always under the impression that a soldier's life is at risk (what "soldier" is about). Or is "soldier" just another job these days?

"Why are they shooting at us? Can't they see we are just soldiers? Don't they know a uniform when they see one? Stupid people!!!"

I wonder what the US don't get about "INVADE"?
