Criminal allegation ... on facebook ... grow a pair and do it in a police station ffs!
Both are equally a waste of time. So I don't see the problem in his choice. At least on Fb he gets some advertisement.

Malema to sue former EFF MP who called him and Shivambu ‘bloody crooks’ for R1m

The EFF leader also confirmed that Thembinkosi Rawula has resigned from the party.

EFF leader Julius Malema confirmed on Wednesday that the party’s member of parliament Thembinkosi Rawula, who accused the red berets’ president and deputy Floyd Shivambu of being “bloody crooks“, has resigned from the party.

Malema was speaking at an EFF press brief at the party’s headquarters where he gave an update on the party’s election campaign and officially launched its election television advert.

Malema further said he would take Rawula to the cleaners and sue him for the comments he had made, mentioning the figure of R1 million.

“It’s not an EFF initiative it’s between me and him,” Malema added.

Former EFF MP Thembinkosi Rawula, who resigned from the party early this year after accusing leaders Julius Malema and Floyd Shivambu of using party money to fund their lifestyles, has won the defamation court case instituted against him by Malema.

The EFF leader approached the Eastern Cape division of the South African High Court on May 21, accusing Rawula of defamation as a result of the latter having accused Malema and Shivambu of financial mismanagement and of accepting a donation from the now-defunct VBS Mutual Bank.

Flipping fantastic news.

I would like to give the Springbok Captain a massive thumbs up after the speech he made after winning the Rugby World Cup. In his short speech he did more for uniting our country than the 3 leading political parties have done in the past 24 years.

We need a country with unity and a common goal and we could once again become the powerhouse of Africa.
Sadly the leadership of the EFF feeds the nation on division and insecurity.

Hope to see arrests.

nope other way around, EFF exists because it is fueled by the disenchanted, predominately black youth, that essentially see no opportunities, are frustrated and angry ...have no real social/political allies, bar the EFF- they have tapped into this political lucrative , ever growing market....and generously feeds it accordingly. An improving and growing economy is the only true remedy to offset their projected growth.

The sad thing is the average EFF voter will not change their vote because of all this stuff as they are just too stupid to actually see Malema and Floyd for what they are. Thieves, and fascists.

Yes, all that too, but the EFF still feed off division and insecurity all while using their black privilege to say whatever comes out their mouths with little or no repercussions. Their constant attack against the Whites, Indians and Coloured people of South Africa is merely a means to divide us while furthering the narrow agenda of Floyd and Melama.

I'm still in the moment of the Rugby World Cup which shows unequivocally that a group of young South Africans can achieve greatness when they combine their forces together for a common good.

Leading up to the Rugby World Cup the EFF had nothing nice to say about the team and never congratulated them even after winning either. What is their agenda, what is their game plan, I think they just make it up as they go along.

It’s a bit worrying that 10% of the voting populace put their mark next to the EFF in the last election and it draws down to the mindset of these people. Either as you say they have no political home as such, easily swayed by political chameleons or simply too stupid.

As far as I am concerned Malema and possibly Floyd too should be criminally charged for the VBS looting and then expelled from Parliament.

Agree, but the stronger the EFF gets the more left the ANC thinks they must go not to lose votes to them. The irony is that this doesn't help the economy to grow, and in the end they will still lose votes to them in any case.

EFF voters, people are desperate - if this 2019 WC has taught me one thing, we do not realise how desperate the situation is out there for many - ,looking for solidarity, help -- EFF realised the desperation and effectively has cornered the market -- I agree Malema and Floyd are not ones you want to be running anything...town/metro/province and gods forbid the country.

Devoid of politicians, the true South Africa would show more of itself, the WC gave us a peek into what we are truly and how politics clouds all....but we have to play by the rules of the system we adopted in '94, so we stuck with Malema and Floyd -and how they use the disenchanted..for the time being....only way to mitigate their cantankerous kak and party growth, is to implement economic policy changes, that are sorely needed..that creates a wave, that lifts many.

Agree, the populist route well traveled by JZ is hard to miss...but if you have a look at the talking points coming out of government of late ... there is coordinated approach to address the culture of none payment for one..yeah, sure...some will say, what is the use, others too late ... but shows that there is effort, and coordinated one, on the part of our central government to address the issue...for me that is movement in the right direction.
