I placed an order on Saturday, COD.

It's monday and I have not heard anything from them yet aside from my order confirmation, are they literally just gonna show up at my house with the stuff sometime during the week or next week? Cause I probably won't be home unless they show up at a certain date or time.

Need some info here, first time using them.

They will phone to confirm delivery, generally a day before they deliver.

You do know they have a telephone number, social media accounts and an email address.

Thanks! I been dying to know and basically strapped my cellphone to my head. I wish I knew this sooner.

I guess I'll only get it next week since the product I ordered need to be shipped from JHB

They bought out MrD (hence the rebranding) and they use them for their deliveries to most areas. It was a very practical move and works out well.

I found that since they have done this two years ago, my deliveries are done quicker.

Also since your order is COD you need to give the driver the correct change as they do not take change with them. If you cannot do this then you need to instruct them over the phone that you need change for X amount.

As for shipping from Jozie I find it adds 48 hours to my orders.

Normally get an SMS the day before or on the morning and then a phone call just before delivery.
