I love how Telkom can give everyone nice new 4Mb and upgraded others to 1Mb accounts, and they can't come and install my 384k line!!!!

Cape Town upgrade is chop-chop, one day usually. mine was 7 hours at 10pm at night lol.

Jo'burg takes around 7 working days, i believe.

It took 2 days here in Jozi, after they told me the exchange couldn't do it! They also told me 30 days though. The girl I spoke to said 30 days but they normally do it in 1.

No real need for the extra bandwidth/cost at the moment. 384kbps works fine for my needs at home.

Work though, is another story..
