That's all your cult requires to get into heaven anyway, to accept Jesus. The fact that you see the flaw and still accept it is baffling.

No; I live my life in a way that I would not be ashamed to stand before Jesus and account for my deeds.

I suppose you are one those perfect Christians? You know, the ones that perceive THEIR values onto others and shake their heads in disbelief when people don't conform? - That to me is what broke Christianity.

God is awesome, But sadly homo-sapiens, ****ed Him up! We're dwindling off topic here. Back to the online chick....

Doesn't that also mean to accept his teachings and obey his commandments?
Otherwise, what are you accepting exactly?
AFAIK, Jesus said those who love him will keep his commandments, so to 'accept' Jesus as your saviour is to also accept his commandments. You think you can just believe in Jesus and that's that, you are saved but Jesus also said people must live in his love and must follow his commands, to show that you love him.
It's not enough to just believe in him you must believe in his teachings too.

He also said that the old testament is still to be followed, a book which condones murder and rape. But that is a topic for another time.
