Went to the Cell C store at 9:00. Couldn't activate the contract in store, so they had to phone HQ and fax all the details through. After spending 2 hours in the store, I was advised that the store would phone me back.
What is the problem? Apparently the contract is approved, however, they are having difficulties activating the phone on the system since the system is 'slow'. I have tried phoning the store a while ago, but no answer.
Will see if I can pop into the store to hear if they made any progress, but all signs point that I am not going to get my phone today.
(Hopefully the network is working when I pitch up there this afternoon!)
