So i'll be playing GTA4 for the 1st time today.

GTA IV is a great game, if you have a capable rig, then I would recommend downloading and installing iCEnhancer 2.1, it will make a massive improvement to GTA IV's graphics.

Gta 4 has worse graphics than a lot of games I play and it runs dismally on lowest graphics with the lowest resolution on my PC.

Well after downloading the updates, the game runs perfectly on full graphics, when I started it up I was like omg what is all this lag, but the patch sorted it out.

The GTA franchise is not about graphics. It's about the awesome gameplay and openworld locations, colourful characters and entertaining script. You want great graphics so you can marvel at the how good the games looks go elsewhere. If you want hours of enjoyment, GTA rules all

I honestly don't see anything wrong with the graphics either, yes not the best, UT good enough for an overall gameplay experience, ah and I love the art in gta4,the characters etc. you can really see they put alot of time into that, well they actually pay attention detail with almost everything.

Nothing wrong with the graphics on a PC. On xbox360 it looks like a old game with old graphics.
