3 beheadings in one go if you hit it right. Very responsible parents in traffic.

A taxi. That very same intersection a taxi had an accident last week. Skipped the robot.
It's not about how you drive, it's all the other numbnuts on the road.

You do stuff like that on quiet roads or in the Kruger National park. The lions are hungry.

I think people need to find hobbies instead of fault with everything everybody else does.
If a taxi is your concern then nobody should let their children cross any road even if they are holding their hands.

Reminds me of when I was a kid, standing on the back of a bakkie, pretending to surf or fly or sum such....

was googling now and found this:

I believe it's illegal to do it these days. Go check out the Cape Town traffic channel and you'll see why. To fly from the back of a bakkie like a ragdoll, get smashed by other cars is entertaining, but not the best way to stay alive.

There's lots of places to have fun, and a busy public road is not it.

It's illegal for a very good reason.

Wife took the picture. Funny how lots here defend putting your kids in such unnecessary danger. I can only assume you don't have kids. There's a difference between innocent fun, and just being stupid.

P.S people don't only die on the freeway. Drive down old JHB and hendrik verwoerd it's littered with little crosses.

All well and good to say do as you please but these kids don't know any better, the parents should be more responsible.

People take driving way to lightly, until something goes horribly wrong. Also spare a thought for the medics and rescue personal that have to try and scoop the kids brains back into their skull.

It's absolutely irresponsible! To those saying that OP must get a hobby, if even one person realizes that this is dangerous due to this thread (and there are some people who actually don't), then it's served its purpose :)

I think while a vehicle is moving everyone should have their seat belt on.
