Softlock

I have a limit on my mtn account so that I don’t overspend.
Now the times that I do get softlocked I’m unable to use my bundle sms that has already been paid for.
I know of another lady friend that can’t even get her voice messages when softlocked.

Is this how its suppose to be or should I contact them to fix it?

Yip you can even use free minutes or anything, even voicemail. U have to request to unlock it.

I can use voicemail. But my point is I already paid for the bundle of 500msg so if they don’t allow me to use them they are in a way stealing.
I wonder if there is different levels of softlocked where you can use some services but not others?

Yip unfortunately not, Its been an ongoing topic for so long now, no SP has decided to add levels so nope everything is locked.
