Assist users across the globe with support and maintenance for internally developed applications and hardware. •Provide application and product support to users based in Southern Africa, UAE, Europe, Asia, New Zealand and USA
•Trouble Shoot and resolve immediate issues as well as assisting with appropriate corrective action for root cause problems
•Carry out System Maintenance Tasks
•Matric
•Intermediate SQL and Linux expertise
•Two years in a similar Help Desk role
•Ability to provide excellent customer service
•Good written and verbal skills. English is the company's primary communication language
•Ability to organise and prioritise tasks assigned to you
•Strong problem solving skills
•MUST BE WILLING TO WORK SHIFTS - Night shift position (6pm - 6am)
