Software to tranfer MP3's to player

i'm looking for software to transfer my MP3's to my MP3 player. it is seen my windows as a drive, but when I copy files to it using windows, it copies them from Z-A and not A-Z, so the MP3 player plays the playlist backwards.

Windows media player changes the MP3's to WMA's. any others?

andres it is possible to force WMP to wokr directly with MP3's. Do it all the time. Check around in the settings, should be there.

I have the exact same problem dude.
I found that when you right click in explorer and say copy it builds the list of things to copy from the bottom.
BUT
When I used the keyboard button that mimicks a right click [next to the right windows button] it worked the right way round when I chose copy.
