Plenty of names and email addresses listed but no one is answering the phone. They provide whatsapp number but my last experience with ordering via whatsapp was not very encouraging...

Correct. I, and a number of other forumites, have dealt with them. I had no issues

I got my panels a week later. They are busy, had also issues but got delivered.
I did ask them for delivery not collection.

They are legit. Bought a few things from them. Service could be better but I think lower prices lead to more business and service suffers
