Hi all.
I want to set up a company under which to trade, and don't want to go through the effort of a private company. My annual turnover will be very small. It will just serve to appear more professional than using the name of a private person (me).
What is the difference between a sole proprietorship and a personal liability company? What are the legal requirements in terms of registration of these entities? How do I go about registering a trade name?
