South Africa is terminating the Eskom state of disaster

President Cyril Ramaphosa’s administration is withdrawing the declaration of a national state of disaster over South Africa’s energy crisis.

Civil action group and trade union Solidarity has received a commitment from the State Attorney’s office with a request to withdraw its legal action against the government.

It's just gonna be another smokescreen. I wonder if there would even be a briefing to announce it. Or quietly just release the gazette. Curious if the electricity minister will get the chop.
