Quite true I have to say, but the fact that I want to point out is not that Apple has invented everything, but they do it the right way. That case keyboard will be the best case keyboard and the Apple pencil will be miles ahead of the S-pen (which I've used on a handful of phone and tablets since the introduction on the note 2 - and it sucks. It lags and doesn't produce input to the screen far to often to my liking).

The author of that article is about as ignorant as you can get and is about as intelligent as a garden chair... And yet he/she calls himself/herself an Apple fanboy.

Anybody who has followed Apple for a while knows that they're almost never first to the market but they also don't half arse things. How do you not credit a company that has taken technology which never made it into mass production previously for making it mainstream? Touch ID, Force Touch and 3D Touch come to mind. And, no, the 12MP camera is not the easiest target for mockery. The 8MP camera on the iPhone 4S was at the time the best camera in a phone by a country mile and the 8MP on the iPhone 6 still ranks highly with newly released 20 MP counterparts despite it being a year old.

I'll put the live photos and animated wallpapers down as gimmickry. Unlike 3D Touch which I think is going to advance the way people use their iPhone's. I've seen people compare 3D Touch to Samsung's hover/air gesture feature but I believe they're way off because 3D Touch doesn't forsake the primary input method of a touch screen for something completely foreign.

I cannot agree more! And I am always saying this to the haters who are like "oh but thats already been done" ...YES, it has been done! and NO Apple never said they were the first, they just make it WAY better!
