Someone please Help cancel Rain Sim ,

Hi , The area i'm in has full signal and 0.4km away from nearest tower , I got the rain sim to trial for 7 days , on day 5 decided to cancel , i did this online with the cancel sim option and confimed the cancellation. As i did not receive any email confirmation on the cancellation , i logged a ticket the next day , still no reply.

My account has now been debited for the few days and sim is still active , i will be debited again and still cant use the sim as its 0.05kb per sec speed does not work for me.

anyone know who can help cancel.

Your sim should stop working at the end of September. Rain's cancellation policy is that they cancel at the end of the following month. (provided you initiated your cancellation in August, your sim should cancel at the end of September.
